Five short days, spread out
Statements go first because they need no music and nothing blocks them. The two pianist days sit two weeks apart so you are not asking an accompanist for a marathon. Bach and the assigned excerpts are unaccompanied, so they take the non-pianist days — and the VFJO run has to be one continuous unaccompanied take anyway, which makes Day 3 its natural home.

The cleanest pairing is Morningside into NEC Chamber — Morningside ends about 7 August, NEC starts about the 8th, and both are on the NEC campus. Juilliard into NEC and Bowdoin II into NEC also work. The three most selective programs are also the longest, so one strong program and two shorter ones are close to mutually exclusive.

A Classical-period sonata movement, first or last — Beethoven Op. 5 No. 2, Op. 69, or Boccherini.
Required outright by Music@Menlo, and the only piece that fits Verbier Junior Soloists' sonata-with-piano slot. Safe fallback for Morningside.
Elgar is only doing work Shostakovich cannot in three places — Morningside (the sole source of the required Romantic period), Meadowmount (clears the 15-minute floor), and Heifetz (fills the virtuoso slot). At Brevard it breaches the 12-minute cap.

W4 — a Classical-period sonata movement. Beethoven Op. 69 in A is the standard choice; Op. 5 No. 2 in G minor has a finale brilliant enough to double as a showpiece. Brahms, Mendelssohn, Grieg, Franck and Rachmaninoff are all Romantic or later and would not qualify.
